She is the former Chairman of the Board of the International Association of Exhibitions and Events, and Board Member for the Center for Exhibition Industry Research.

Russo formerly held senior roles in the freight forwarding and custom brokerage industry. With a background in international event management, Russo is able to use her unique skills to secure alliances, develop sales leaders and improve processes, according to GlobalAutoIndustry.com. Her skill set also includes strategic planning, transport planning, customs and trade compliance, and pricing and procurement.

Russo works closely with clients to improve their logistics operations (both in the exhibition space and general cargo). She formerly held senior roles in the freight forwarding and custom brokerage industry.
