Transit Auto Parts, an auto parts manufacturer and distributor in eastern Canada, announced new leadership appointments to key roles. President Stéphan Guay said Isabelle Labrie, Andréanne Lepage and Simon Bourque have assumed their new roles in recent weeks.
Labrie, who has been with the company since 1997, has been appointed as vice president of organizational excellence. She previously served as operations director and will now oversee continuous process improvement.
Simon Bourque, who joined the company in 2009, has been named chief operating officer. Bourque, who previously held positions as finance director and purchasing director, will now oversee the planning, organization and direction of all Transit activities.
Andréanne Lepage, who joined the Transit team in 2019, has been appointed operations director. With her background in logistics and procurement, Lepage will oversee the improvement of automation efficiency, Guay said.
“The advent of warehouse automation, increased innovation, sector-wide process streamlining and accelerated company development has prompted Transit to promote these high-caliber members to our management team,” said Guay.
