RepairPal Launches Car Genius

Car Genius is staffed by RepairPal auto repair experts who provide advice and education on vehicle repairs and maintenance.

RepairPal announced it launched Car Genius, access to free auto advice before going to a shop, to select partners.

RepairPal says its automotive repair experts will answer questions and refer customers to a trustworthy, high-quality Certified RepairPal shop nearby. Car Genius, carrying the “Know Before You Go slogan,” is free to RepairPal partners and their customers.

Car Genius is staffed by RepairPal auto repair experts who provide mechanical advice and education on vehicle repairs and maintenance. They are highly-qualified technicians who used to work in the field, and who have strong service and educational backgrounds, according to the company.

Customers are encouraged to call Car Genius on a dedicated partner phone line to chat about car issues they are facing, get repair and maintenance prices, decipher a repair estimate, find out what to ask or expect at a shop, and follow up on post-repair questions or on-going issues. Car Genius services are currently available from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm ET, Monday through Friday.

“We know car repair and maintenance can be stressful,” said Kathleen Long, RepairPal CRO. Car Genius was created to help our partner’s gain free access to automotive experts to provide their customers the knowledge they need to have peace of mind before taking their car to the shop or dealer. Our goal is to continue to bring trust and price transparency to automotive repair and maintenance at over 3,000 RepairPal Certified service centers nationwide.”
