Goodyear Selects Boston-Based Arnold Worldwide for Ad Creative

Goodyear Tire & Rubber has handed over responsibility for the creative and image advertising and marketing for its Goodyear and Dunlop brands to Boston-based Arnold Worldwide. The agency network has four full-service offices throughout the U.S., including its Boston headquarters, New York City, Washington D.C. and St. Louis.

Honeywell CPG Launches New Line of Cap and Thermostat Products

Honeywell Consumer Products Group (CPG) has taken steps to increase its role as a “one-stop shop” for its customers with its introduction into the cap and thermostat market through its FRAM and Prestone brands. Honeywell CPG now offers a complete line of value, mid-grade and premium thermostat and cap products. CSK and Murray’s will begin rolling out the new line this month.

Dan Daniel, president of ArvinMeritor’s Light Vehicle Aftermarket (LVA) division, shared his predictions and plans for the future of ArvinMeritor’s LVA unit during an exclusive presentation on May 11 to Babcox editors and media representatives. ArvinMeritor is an $8 billion dollar company, with $850 million in annual sales at its Light Vehicle Aftermarket division, which Daniel leads. Two-thirds of the company’s business is in North America.

Tiffany Vasilchik, a senior consultant with Faith Popcorn’s Brain Reserve firm, will address the subject of the emerging influence of women on the aftermarket. Universal Automotive Appoints Two New Managers

Universal Automotive Industries has appointed Larry Newman and Arnold Slutsky to managerial positions at the company’s Autospecialty division. Newman joins Autospecialty’s Undercar Products Group as sales team program group manager. Slutsky has been named purchasing manager at Autospecialty’s Supply Chain division, based in Alsip, Ill.
