JEGS Adopts PDM Automotive to Improve Customer Experience

PDM will support JEGS’ focus on streamlining operations and creating a more integrated, seamless customer experience. 

JEGS High Performance announced it adopted PDM Automotive’s advanced content management platform, marking its commitment to invest in the latest technologies to better serve its customers.

PDM Automotive, provider of product information management purpose-built for the automotive aftermarket, will directly support JEGS’ focus on streamlining operations and creating a more integrated and seamless customer experience. 

With PDM, JEGS said it will also be able to connect to other JEGS systems needed to operate sales, fulfillment and financial processes. 

“Recognizing an opportunity to further streamline operations, JEGS is now positioned to more effortlessly integrate supplier content, optimize data management and accelerate revenue growth—all while upholding our standards for data quality,” Gabe Mendoza, CEO of JEGS, said. “Adopting PDM Automotive aligns with our continuous effort to enhance our customer experience.
