Henniges Automotive Holdings, a supplier of highly engineered sealing and anti-vibration systems for the global automotive market, has formed a strategic alliance with Anhui Tuosheng Auto-Parts Co. Ltd. (ATA), a supplier based in Guangde, Anhui Province, in China.

Through this partnership, Henniges Automotive and ATA will share a technical and manufacturing alliance to support the anti-vibration needs of a key customer. The partnership also allows Henniges to grow its business platform and further expand its global footprint.

ATA serves as a major supplier of rubber dampening and other rubber products that reduce vibration. The company also provides material preparation, product assembly and testing for efficiency and durability to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) worldwide.

Having the ability to leverage ATA’s world-class production and testing equipment allows Henniges Automotive to add value to its existing customer relationships, the company said.
