Haldex Annual General Meeting: Electric, Autonomous Trucks Open Up New Opportunities

Haldex held its annual general meeting (AGM) for 2019 on May 9 in Landskrona, Sweden.

Haldex’ President and CEO Åke Bengtsson summed up 2018 as the year when the development of new technology gained momentum. Two of the trends that have opened up for new opportunities for Haldex are the development of electric and autonomous driven trucks. At the general meeting, Bengtsson explained how Haldex’ technology can play a prominent role in such a development. 


Also at the AGM, Haldex re-elected the following directors Jörgen Durban and Helene Svahn; and elected Bernd Gottschalk, Markus Gustafsson and Mikael Thunved as new directors. Haldex appointed Durban as chairman of the board.
