Autoliv Inc., a global provider of automotive safety systems, announced that Christian Hanke will resign as the interim CFO and vice president corporate control to pursue another opportunity outside of Autoliv.
Hanke’s resignation will be effective no later than March 18, 2020. Until the time his resignation becomes effective, Hanke will continue to serve as the interim CFO and vice president corporate control. The company expects that Hanke will remain with the company through the filing of its 2019 annual report.
The company is continuing its search for a permanent replacement for the CFO position.
