Winhere Receives China Championship Manufacturer Award

This honor is given by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) of People’s Republic of China and China Federation of Industrial Economics.

Winhere Auto-Part Manufacturing Co. Ltd. announced that it has received the coveted China National Championship Manufacturer award. The global brake parts manufacturer of rotors, drums and friction products called the award “an incredible accomplishment” and is a testament to its successful company philosophy and commitment to quality, lean manufacturing and the environment.   

This honor is given by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) of People’s Republic of China and China Federation of Industrial Economics. Jointly they organize and undertake a nationwide selection and verification process. The Champion manufacturers have demonstrated their utmost dedication to cultivating a national and world-leading innovative enterprise in a global competitive environment. In addition, they strive to improve the innovation, professionalization and internationalization of Chinese manufacturers so as to boost the healthy development of the entire manufacturing industry.

“This award is a tribute to all the Winhere employees globally,” said Jimmy Shum, president, Winhere Brake Parts Inc., “We would also not receive this honor without the trust and support of our OE and aftermarket customers.” 

Winhere was the only brake manufacturing entity and the only auto parts manufacturer out of the 23 companies in the automotive field to receive this honor. In total, 257 China Championship Manufacturers were recognized in four different groups from over thousands and thousands of Chinese manufacturers. This honor is on top of the prestigious National Green Manufacturers Award won by Winhere in February 2018 from the MIIT Peoples Republic of China.
