Overseas Automotive Council Receives Record Attendance At AAPEX Reception

OAC Reception - HastingsThe Overseas Automotive Council (OAC), part of the Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers Association (AASA), reported that it attracted record attendance at its annual global reception held on Nov. 2 during the Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo (AAPEX) 2015 in Las Vegas. The council also was celebrating the 100th anniversary of the reception’s platinum sponsor: Hastings Manufacturing Co.

“OAC is dedicated throughout the year to facilitating networking with top-level international and domestic business people active in the export market, and we were gratified by the record-breaking attendance at this year’s AAPEX event,” said Ben Brucato, AASA director of membership and executive director of the OAC. “The 2015 OAC Global Reception is just one example of our activities, and it certainly lived up to our tradition as one of the best global networking events during AAPEX.”
