Parts Authority Acquires Gem Auto Parts

Gem Auto and its six locations will play a pivotal role as Parts Authority continues its ongoing expansion and development.

Parts Authority announced the acquisition of Gem Auto Parts Co. Inc., headquartered in Chelsea, Massachusetts. The transaction was finalized on April 22, 2022.

Gem Auto Parts has served the Greater Boston area for over 65 years. The auto parts supplier will now have access to Parts Authority’s expanded inventory and expert service, the company says. Gem and its six locations will play a pivotal role as Parts Authority continues its ongoing expansion and development.
