Inc. has announced the promotions of Kazuhiro Tsuzuki to executive vice president, Richard Sullivan to senior vice president, Bob Pepper to senior vice president, Michael Schwab to senior vice president and Kent Howard to vice president. Their respective promotions became effective Aug. 1.

Norihiko Adachi has held numerous positions throughout his many years with NGK, including assignments in Europe and the U.S., moving up steadily throughout the years. His role before the promotion was general manager, sales & marketing, Headquarters, Automotive Components Groups, Japan. During his time as general manager, Adachi was instrumental in overseeing all sales and marketing efforts.
