NGK Spark Plugs Adds Seven New Positions to its Aftermarket Division

NGK Spark Plugs (U.S.A.) has announced the promotion of Steven Burgett to customer administration department manager, Lindsey Ehlert to major accounts groups representative, Kevin Lyle to catalog administrator, Brandon Peeler to product coordinator, Nikki White to product marketing analyst, Kristopher Zdral to technical services supervisor and Veronica Barkley to aftermarket administrative assistant.

WIXON, Mich. — NGK Spark Plugs (U.S.A.) has announced the promotion of Steven Burgett to customer administration department manager, Lindsey Ehlert to major accounts groups representative, Kevin Lyle to catalog administrator, Brandon Peeler to product coordinator, Nikki White to product marketing analyst, Kristopher Zdral to technical services supervisor and Veronica Barkley to aftermarket administrative assistant.

Steven Burgett, a 10-year veteran of NGK’s Aftermarket Division, has been with the company since 2001. In his new role, Burgett will oversee customer service for NGK’s Spark Plug Aftermarket and NTK’s Cutting Tools Division. He will report to Michael Schwab, vice president of the Aftermarket Division.

Lindsey Ehlert was previously the major accounts administrator for NGK. Ehlert has been with NGK for five years. Her new position will be to oversee business with the aftermarket buying groups, which will have her building communication between NGK and its accounts, as well as determining suitable promotions to help grow the business for both parties.

Kevin Lyle previously held the title of product specialist. He is now the catalog administrator and will coordinate the development of catalogs while collecting, analyzing and verifying technical data pertaining to NGK products. Lyle has been with NGK for three-and-a-half years and is “very excited with NGK’s growth in the aftermarket especially with the oxygen sensor business.”

Brandon Peeler was previously NGK’s Technical Support Representative. Peeler will be product coordinator for NGK. Peeler has been with NGK for four years and says the position is “an exciting change,” and he is “looking forward to expanding [his] skills and working more closely with the product team.”

Nikki White previously held the title of catalog administrator and will now be the product marketing analyst. White has been with NGK for four years. Her new duties will include planning and organizing the data management for assigned account(s) to help meet marketing, sales and corporate growth objectives.

Kristopher Zdral was NGK’s product/sponsorship coordinator and is now the technical services supervisor. Zdral has been with NGK for five years and will oversee the development, planning, organization and will control various portions of product training programs on a local and national level.

Veronica Barkley has been promoted to an A/M administrative assistant. Barkley has been with NGK for three years where she held a position in customer service. She also reports to Schwab.
