NGK Spark Plugs (U.S.A.) Presents Associates with Top Sales and Marketing Awards for 2011

NGK honors associates with President's Club, individual excellence and outstanding achievement awards.

WIXOM, Mich. — NGK Spark Plugs (U.S.A.) Inc. has honored district sales managers Mary Davis and Kristin Orr with the company’s most esteemed internal award for members of the sales staff: the President’s Club Award. In addition to these awards, NGK presented its Excellence Award to Juli Sweet, key project administrator; and the Outstanding Achievement Award to Terrence Steffes, media supervisor.  
 
The President’s Club Award began in 2005. It is an award that recognizes excellence and dedication.
 
According to Mike Schwab, senior vice president of aftermarket sales and marketing, “The [President’s Club] award is quite an honor. These two women were recognized for excelling in their respective key areas, including hitting sales targets and surpassing additional sales goals all year long. Both of them are an asset to our team and definitely earned this award.”
 
NGK Spark Plugs (U.S.A.), Inc.’s full sales force consists of 27 associates.
 
NGK presents its Excellence Award to those associates who go "above and beyond" to make NGK a better company. The Outstanding Achievement Award commenced in 2008 and is awarded to marketing associates who exemplify outstanding progress in their respective disciplines.
 
Honorees were awarded these distinguished awards on stage at NGK’s North American Sales & Marketing Meeting in Orlando, Fla. Their names are engraved on a perpetual plaque, now hanging in the NGK Spark Plugs (U.S.A.) Inc. North American Headquarters in Wixom, Mich.
