NGK Spark Plugs Adds Two Aftermarket Positions

Lisa Rodriguez, marketing coordinator, and Andrew Hauenstein, technical and training specialist, join the NGK team.

WIXOM, Mich. — NGK Spark Plugs (U.S.A.) Inc. has announced the addition of two new associates in the company’s marketing department: Lisa Rodriguez, marketing coordinator, and Andrew Hauenstein, technical and training specialist.

Rodriguez brings with her eight years of experience in media, sales/marketing and customer service. She will be in charge of coordinating consumer events, administering NGK’s social media presence, writing and editing marketing materials and technical videos, as well as managing NGK’s trade show events. Rodriguez will report to Terry Steffes, media supervisor.        

Andrew Hauenstein has been appointed to the position of technical and training specialist after more than five years with NAPA Auto Parts. He will act as an intermediary between engineers and consumers by providing technical education and customer assistance, technical writing, as well as developing and performing nationwide technical presentations within the U.S. automotive aftermarket. Hauenstein will report to Kris Zdral, technical services supervisor.
