WIXOM, Mich. NGK Spark Plugs (U.S.A.) Inc. has reported that as of Oct. 11, less than one year from its original launch, the company’s Facebook page has now reached more than 100,000 fans.
"Facebook has proved to be a great tool for us to connect to our fans. We use many tools to connect with fans and customers alike, and Facebook is the most visible," said Mark Sprague, corporate marketing manager of NGK Spark Plugs (U.S.A.) Inc. “We have some of the most loyal fans out there, which makes us want to provide the greatest experience for them. Social media is ever-evolving and keeping up with it is really exciting.”
Besides Facebook, NGK interacts with fans through other social platforms such as YouTube, via channel NGKsparkplugsusa, and Twitter, via @MarkatNGK.
