Oshkosh Truck Corp. has named Robert Cornog to the company’s board of directors. Cornog is the retired chairman, president and CEO of Snap-On Inc. Cornog held the position of chairman, president and CEO at Snap-On from 1991 to 2001, before becoming chairman from 2001 to 2002. He joined Snap-On in 1991 after serving in a variety of executive positions with MacWhyte Co. beginning in 1969.

Delphi Makes Organizational Changes in Aftermarket Unit
Delphi has announced organizational changes in its Delphi Product & Service Solutions division, the company’s aftermarket and consumer products division. Russell W. H. Bailey, managing director of Delphi Integrated Service Solutions, a business unit of Delphi Product & Service Solutions, is retiring after more than 36 years in the industry. Mark Theriot, currently director of global service technologies, will succeed Bailey in this role, in addition to maintaining his current responsibilities. Under the new organizational structure, Theriot will have full global responsibility for executing Delphi’s service strategy and vision.

Stride Tool Names New CEO
Stride Tool, Inc., a manufacturer of specialty hand tools has named a new CEO. Ron Ortiz will replace company founder Lori Northrup, who will continue as chairman of the board of Stride Tool. Northrup, who has served as CEO since 1980, is leaving the company to focus on other business ventures with her husband.
