DALLAS — Dave Bellaver has been named post sales support services manager for ATK North America. In this position, Bellaver will be responsible for ATK’s warranty departments in both Santa Ana and Dallas, TX. These responsibilities include customer care, support service, inspection, reception and future development plans in the department.

Bellaver joined ATK as a contractor in March 2005 after 16 years with ADS/Snap-on Diagnostics. He was operations manager for both the ADS Diagnostic Hotline and Snap-on’s Handheld Product Support Line. He was also a member of Snap-on’s Worldwide Operations Team. Bellaver brings along a wealth of knowledge in automotive diagnostics. Having diagnosed vehicles in the trenches for more than a decade before converting that knowledge in helping technicians diagnose and repair vehicles over the phone.

Bellaver said the company has future plans for a complete overhaul of the department. “We are going to move the support services department into a new arena, with the thought of doing whatever it takes to get the customer’s vehicle out the door running smooth, even if the issue was not our engine,” said Bellaver. “I’m looking to make the customer’s warranty experience a pleasure instead of the dreaded warranty debacle”.
