Category: Distribution & Service News Hahn Automotive Warehouse, Inc., a Rochester, NY-based company, and Prime Automotive Parts Co., Inc., a Glendale, NY-based company, have announced that they have signed a definitive agreement for Hahn to acquire Prime.
