RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. Three aftermarket supplier industry executives have been elected to the Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers Association (AASA) Board of Governors with a new slate of officers at the helm, headed by 2009 Chairman Peter Morse, president of Morse Automotive Corp.
The new members of the AASA board are:
Michael McGrath, president, SKF, Vehicle Service Market, North America
Richard Mezadurian, president, Falcon Steering Systems Inc.
Keith Wilson, president, Affinia Global Filtration
In addition to Morse, new AASA officers include:
Vice Chairman Tom Ward, senior vice president Snap-on Inc. and president, Snap-on Tools Group
Vice Chairman David Coolidge, president, aftermarket division, Robert Bosch LLC
Immediate Past Chairman Denny Welvaert, president, NA power transmission, Dayco Products LLC
Steve Handschuh, AASA president and COO, and Bob McKenna, president and CEO of the Motor & Equipment Manufacturers Association (MEMA), AASA’s parent association, also serve on the AASA executive committee.
Retiring from the AASA Board are Rod McKenzie, president, The Penray Companies and Vange Proimos, president, AP Exhaust Products.
