Since it was founded in 2008, Inteva has tripled its global footprint with new facilities in all regions of the world. By the end of this year, the company will have opened new sites in five countries.

Inteva Products LLC, a global Tier 1 automotive supplier of engineered components and systems, commemorated the grand opening of its new manufacturing facility on Nov. 16 in Zhenjiang, China. This new site manufactures closure systems and motors and electronics for Inteva’s customers. The facility currently employs more than 600 people, with plans for additional growth.

Inteva - LogoPresident, CEO and Founder Lon Offenbacher and members of Inteva’s executive leadership team celebrated the event with employees, customers, suppliers and government dignitaries. The day included a ribbon-cutting ceremony, plant tour, lunch, as well as tree plantings.

“The opening of the new Zhenjiang manufacturing facility is made possible by our customers who have provided us with the new business that requires this growth, the local and regional government entities that have supported us, our trusted suppliers and, of course, our exceptional employees in the region,” said Offenbacher. “I’m pleased to join our local team and guests in celebrating the opening of this new world-class facility.”

Inteva has been growing rapidly around the globe. Since it was founded in 2008, Inteva has tripled its global footprint with new facilities in all regions of the world. By the end of this year, the company will have opened new sites in five countries. In addition to Zhenjiang, new facilities have been built in Rychnov, Czech Republic; Oradea, Romania; Guanajuato, Mexico, and Bangalore, India. Inteva also has expanded its existing facilities in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada, and Vandalia, Ohio, USA.
