HELLA USA Aftermarket Division Expands Staff

Five new team members were added in the aftermarket and Special Applications division in the U.S.

Early in the COVID-19 pandemic, while many executives were relegated to home offices, HELLA continued its operations and staff expansion in the aftermarket and Special Applications division in the U.S. Five new team members were added, including:

Hayley Huebner joined the aftermarket team in the position of catalog manager – Aces/Pies. Huebner holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. Huebner brings more than 12 years of experience at ZF Services LLC, where she held the position of senior market research analyst, working directly to develop and implement processes and protocols to effectively track and Audit Aces and Pies catalog data. 

Anthony Hernandez joined the aftermarket team in the position of product manager – Lighting. Hernandez holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from DePaul University and a Bachelor’s in Automotive Technology from Southern Illinois University. Hernandez joins the company from Bosch Automotive Aftermarket, where he held the position product manager since 2018. He also served as a US Marine Combat Engineer from 2010 to 2013 and as a Combat Engineer Instructor at Quantico until 2014.

John Roney joined the aftermarket sales team in the position of sales channel director, Retail/Performance/HD. Roney comes to Hella with an extensive background in aftermarket sales. He worked as a commercial territory sales manager for O’Reilly earlier in his career. For the past seven years, he has held different sales positions for Rigid, an accessory/performance lighting manufacturer.  His most recent position at Rigid was sales manager. Roney holds a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management.

Lynn Morelock has joined Hella as a customer service specialist for Aftermarket. Morelock has an Associate degree in Business Administration from Clayton State College in Georgia. Morelock brings extensive experience in Customer Service/Sales Support, with most recently Southwest Airlines as well as NCR and more than 12 years with Delta Airlines

Adam Starrett joined in the position of director of Logistics. Starrett holds an MBA in Global Management with a specialization in Supply Chain/Operations from Thunderbird School of Global Management in Phoenix, Arizona, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of South Carolina, with more than 10 years in Logistics and Supply Chain experience. At Avery Dennison since 2018, he held the position of Service, Materials and Logistics manager. At Sonoco from 2011-18, he worked in various locations in the U.S. in the positions of Strategic Planning and Logistics Manager, Operations Manager and Supply Chain Manager.  

Nathan Heisler joined the Special Applications team in the position of sales manager – Agriculture SA. Heisler holds a Bachelor of Science from Minnesota State University in Business Management and an Associate degree from Western Technical College in Marketing. Heisler comes to Hella with six years of experience as the Global Farm and Agriculture Sales Manager – OEM with Arrow Electronics.
