Christian Brothers Automotive Awarded for Franchise Culture

The automotive franchise was again named to Franchise Business Review’s “Culture100” list.

Christian Brothers Automotive was again named to Franchise Business Review’s fourth annual “Culture100” list. The list recognizes the top 100 franchise brands in a 2023 report on the Best Franchise Cultures.

“We are extremely delighted to once again receive recognition on Franchise Business Review’s annual report,” said Donnie Carr, president and CEO of Christian Brothers Automotive. “This acknowledgment truly resonates with us, as it reflects our genuine commitment to cultivating a meaningful and supportive franchise culture. It is a testament to the remarkable dedication and authenticity of our franchisees and team members, who wholeheartedly embrace our values and contribute to creating a truly special environment for our entire network.”

Franchise Business Review, a franchise market research firm that performs independent surveys of franchisee satisfaction, provides the rankings based solely on actual franchisee satisfaction and performance. Franchise Business Review publishes its rankings of top franchises in its annual “Guide to Today’s Top Franchises,” as well as in special interest reports throughout the year that identify the top franchises in specific sectors.

Christian Brothers Automotive was among more than 360 franchise brands representing more than 36,000 franchise owners, that participated in Franchise Business Review’s research on the best franchise cultures. Franchisees were surveyed on 33 benchmark questions about their experience and satisfaction regarding critical areas of their franchise systems. The brands that were selected received the highest overall ratings based on 17 unique areas that contribute to a strong company culture, including leadership, core values, franchisee community, and engagement.

Recently, Christian Brothers Automotive landed in South Sarasota, Florida, with franchisee and local Scott Christy opening a location July 10.

Joining more than 270 Christian Brothers Automotive locations across the nation, the Sarasota shop follows the guiding principle: “Love your neighbor as yourself.” Built on the idea that having your car serviced should be easy, Christian Brothers Automotive offers free shuttle service, educational estimates and complimentary inspections that drive the guest experience, the company says.
