Christian Brothers Automotive Honored as Top Franchise

Entrepreneur magazine and research firm Franchise Business Review cement the brand’s place among elite U.S. Franchises.

Christian Brothers Automotive has announced that it made the top half of Entrepreneur Magazine’s 2023” Franchise 500” list and earned top honors in the 2023 Franchise Business Review “Franchisee Satisfaction Awards.”

“All the pieces are in place…our unit growth and revenue accomplishments are proof. Plus, our franchise support system is stronger than ever. We are in the perfect position to execute our plan to sustain high levels of success for many years to come,” said Brad Fink, chief growth officer for Christian Brothers Automotive. “To have our achievements recognized by two well-respected industry-leading insiders is incredibly gratifying. With these two honors under our belt, the stage is set to meet and exceed our goals for 2023.”

In 2022, Christian Brothers Automotive had 18 new shop openings, bringing the brand’s total number of locations to 260 across 30 states. The automotive repair brand also had a record number of new signed agreements, finishing the year off with 52. After celebrating 40 years in business in August, Christian Brothers Automotive heads into 2023 nearing the 300 location milestone mark.

The aftermarket automotive repair brand was ranked an impressive #3 out of all U.S. franchises in the “Overall Top 50” list of the Franchise Business Review “Franchisee Satisfaction Awards.” In the same Awards, Christian Brothers Automotive netted #1 in the list of “Top 50 Large” franchises as well as a #1 ranking in the “Automotive” category. The concept was among more than 360 franchise brands, representing nearly 38,000 franchise owners, that participated in Franchise Business Review’s “Franchisee Satisfaction Survey.” Christian Brothers Automotive franchisees were surveyed on 33 benchmark questions about their experience and satisfaction regarding critical areas of their franchise systems, including training and support, operations, franchisor/franchisee relations, and financial opportunity.

Christian Brothers Automotive’s inclusion on Entrepreneur magazine’s “Franchise 500” list marks the 10th straight year the brand has been ranked. In the 44 years since its first release, Entrepreneur magazine’s “Franchise 500″ list has become not only a competitive measure for franchisors, but also a primary research tool for those interested in franchising. Christian Brothers Automotive’s position on the top half of the list is indicative of its success as a franchise company.

“We are so honored to be recognized by two highly accredited thought leaders in the franchise industry,” said Donnie Carr, president and CEO of Christian Brothers Automotive. “These recognitions are a testament to the fact that our mission and vision are consistent across all shops nationwide. Welcoming and supporting our franchisees is our number one priority and we are proud to be honored as part of the best of the best in the franchising industry.”
