Grease Monkey Named to Entrepreneur’s Top Franchises List

Grease Monkey was ranked number 69 out of 150 on the magazine's inaugural ranking of Top Brands for Multi-Unit Owners.

Grease Monkey, a brand of FullSpeed Automotive, has been recognized in Entrepreneur’s inaugural ranking of the Top Brands for Multi-Unit Owners. The ranking identifies brands with the most appeal for prospective franchisees interested in multi-unit ownership as well as existing franchisees looking to expand their portfolios. Grease Monkey was ranked number 69 out of 150.

The list is determined by a multitude of factors such as the percentage of franchisees that are multi-unit owners, the average total of units owned by franchisees and if the brand only sells multiple units or master licenses, Grease Monkey said. Entrepreneur also takes into consideration the company’s Franchise 500 score which is based on cost and fees, size and growth, franchisee support, brand strength and financial stability.

“I am immensely proud of our team’s dedication and hard work that has led to our recognition in Entrepreneur’s prestigious ranking of the Top Brands for Multi-Unit Owners,” said Ron Stilwell, president of FullSpeed Automotive. “We understand the power and potential of multi-unit franchisees, and we are thrilled to be part of an industry that embraces their expertise and drive. Multi-unit growth will continue to play a key role in our development strategy as we expand our nationwide footprint.”

As the auto care industry is expected to grow nearly 25% and reach $477.6 billion by 2024, FullSpeed Automotive is looking to bring on qualified and engaged individuals seeking single, multi-unit and conversion opportunities, the company said. Helping drive its franchise development and multi-unit growth is its new store models, which the company said bring a modernized touch to the industry and have cost-saving benefits while maximizing operational efficiencies to drive franchise profitability.
