FDP Friction Science Wins AutoZone Mexico Award

The AutoZone WITTDTJR award stands for “What It Takes to Do the Job Right."

FDP Friction Science was recently honored with the AutoZone WITTDTJR award (“What It Takes to Do the Job Right”) by AutoZone Mexico at the automotive retailer’s Vendor Summit held virtually earlier this month.

The AutoZone WITTDTJR award for Mexico recognizes a select group of AutoZone’s vendors who consistently ensured that AutoZone’s DIY customers and professional installers had the parts and products necessary to fix vehicles, keep them running smoothly, and do the job right the first time.

“We are honored to receive this award from our partners at AutoZone,” said John Carney, vice president of sales for FDP Friction Science. “Our team has a long relationship with AutoZone across North America, and we work closely with AutoZone Mexico to meet their needs with excellent customer service, strategic inventory management and high-quality brake solutions.  I would also like to thank Mark Price at FDP, who has worked tirelessly on creating an industry leading friction catalog for the Mexican aftermarket. This award would not be possible without his hard work and dedication.”
