Race Engine Challenge Adds VP Racing Fuels And Lubricants As Title Sponsor

The inaugural VP Racing Fuels & Lubricants Race Engine Challenge will bring 16 performance engine builders from across the country to Charlotte, North Carolina, for the competition.

The Race Engine Challenge, a dyno racing competition for performance engine builders, announced that VP Racing Fuels Inc has signed on as the title sponsor for the event to be held October 2-6 in Charlotte, North Carolina. The event will be called the VP Racing Fuels & Lubricants Race Engine Challenge.

The inaugural VP Racing Fuels & Lubricants Race Engine Challenge will bring 16 performance engine builders from across the country who build custom engines in their shops to Charlotte for the competition.

Race Engine Challenge Founder Greg Finnican announced, “This is the first year for the VP Racing Fuels & Lubricants Race Engine Challenge and we have had great reception from engine builders and the industry as a whole. For a competition like this, having high-quality fuel and oil in all the engines is critical. VP Racing was our first choice – their racing fuels are available across the country and we are excited to help them promote their new line of racing and performance oils.”

Donato Bonacquisto, director of marketing for VP Racing Fuels, stated, “We are excited to get involved as the title sponsor in the inaugural year of the VP Racing Fuels & Lubricants Race Engine Challenge. For more than 40 years, winning drivers have relied on VP Racing Fuels to optimize performance and now they can get the same benefit with VP Pro Grade Full Synthetic Oil and Hi Performance Lubricants. Our involvement with the Race Engine Challenge is a great platform for us to showcase the performance, reliability and uniqueness of our product line. We look forward to a great competition and are proud to support Greg and all the competitors in the event.”
