STAUNTON, VA — Federated Auto Parts presented its 2004 Vendor of the Year Awards this past weekend at its annual meeting in New Orleans, according to Mike Schultz, executive vice president of Federated Auto Parts. ARI and Raybestos/Spicer were named Outstanding Vendors of the Year.
“Each year Federated selects an Outstanding Vendor of the Year,” said Schultz. “This year, two companies earned that honor. We thank ARI and Raybestos/Spicer for their outstanding partnership and performance.”
The ARI award was presented to Phil Moore and Steve Horn, both vice presidents of sales for ARI. Accepting the Raybestos/Spicer award was John Washbish, president, customer relationship management, Mike Fiorito, vice president of sales and Jerry McCabe, vice president, communications and marketing services for Affinia.
Federated also recognized Grote, USA Industries and Worldwide Automotive as Vendors of the Year; and Coni-Seal, Federal-Mogul, KYB America and Merit Exhaust each earned an Honorable Mention.
