WIN Announces Speakers & Programs for 2024 Conference

The conference will feature an array of speakers as well as sessions on repair planning, financial literacy and fostering a welcoming culture in the workplace.

The Women’s Industry Network (WIN) is gearing up for its 2024 Annual Conference, featuring a lineup of industry experts, keynote speakers and networking opportunities. Themed “Dream Out Loud,” the conference is scheduled for May 6-8 at the Hyatt Regency Newport Beach, California. Early bird registration is currently open until March 1, with the option for virtual attendance available.

WIN Conference Chair Blair Womble highlighted the significance of the event, emphasizing its role as the premier gathering for women in the collision repair industry. “The 2024 WIN Conference is the only annual event of its kind in the collision repair industry. The opportunities for networking, learning and education always leave our attendees energized,” said Womble.

The conference aims to celebrate women’s contributions to the industry by raising funds for collision repair student scholarships, recognizing scholarship winners, engaging in community service activities and honoring this year’s “Most Influential Women” recipients.

The event will feature a wide range of speakers and programs addressing key industry topics. Confirmed speakers include:

  • Debbie Peterson, author and consultant, presenting “From Dreams to Actions: The Roadmap to YOUR Career.”
  • Dharma Shakti, high-performance coach and Founder of Yogalution Movement, discussing “Your Next Bold Move.”
  • Mitch Becker, director of training compliance for Protech Automotive Solutions, presenting “Future Proofing with ADAS Scanning & Calibration.”
  • Samantha Hardingham, strategic development director of Enterprise Mobility, addressing “Electric Vehicles: Charting the Future of Mobility with a Customer-First Approach.”
  • Kay Wakeman, director of insurance outreach for the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety, discussing “The Changing Vehicle Fleet and its Impact on Safety and Insurance.”

Additionally, the conference will offer sessions on repair planning, financial literacy, understanding vehicle anatomy and fostering a welcoming culture in the workplace. The event will also include fundraising activities, such as the WIN Scholarship Walk and the Recycled Rides Giveaway, showcasing the industry’s commitment to community service.
