The 2024 HDA Truck Pride annual meeting will be held on April 17, 2024 through April 20, 2024 at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center.

Important Considerations for the 2024 Annual Meeting Schedule:
- 2024 is the company’s “Year of Engagement.” The company plans to share opportunities to engage on its core initiatives to help enhance, protect and grow client’s business.
- Based on feedback, the company has updated the schedule to maximize time together during the week days. The exhibitor show, PIP one-on-one meetings and engagement sessions will wrap up on Friday, April 19th.
- Group activities and the Annual Charity Golf Outing will be Saturday, April 20th, for those that wish to maximize networking opportunities.
Together, the HDA Truck Pride Community is a force for good, the company states. The company adds it believes in giving back and making a positive impact. To do so, the company is continuing the philanthropic theme in its activities throughout the week. Starting with “A Toss Up for Love and Hope” Children’s Charity Cornhole Tournament on Wednesday, April 17th at the Welcome Dinner.
