WHI Investments Improve Nexpart Speed and Performance by More Than 45 Percent

WHI is making significant investment in infrastructure and technology, including innovations in Nexpart's XML interfaces and catalog architecture.

RYE BROOK, N.Y. – WHI has reported that it is making a significant investment in its Nexpart eCommerce solution, as a result of rapid growth in its customer base.

Nexpart is the number-one eCommerce solution in the automotive industry and is responsible for increasing the sales and profitability of hundreds of parts sellers and more than 150,000 service providers, according to WHI.

WHI is making significant investment in infrastructure and technology, including innovations in Nexpart’s XML interfaces and catalog architecture, which have increased the speed of Nexpart Stock Check and Catalog lookups by more than 45 percent.

“The recent Nexpart update operates significantly faster,” said John Henderson, vice president of Henderson Wheel in Salt Lake City, Utah. “When jumping from screen to screen our customers on Nexpart are actually seeing a 70 percent speed increase — it is very noticeable.”

“We are obsessed with delighting our customers,” said Bryan Murphy, CEO of WHI Solutions. “Our Nexpart team never ceases to amaze me with their innovation and this performance improvement is the first in a series of exciting Nexpart enhancements to come. We’re really quite excited.”
