VIPAR Heavy Duty Moving Headquarters

The group will bring its team of 35 employees from Crystal Lake, Illinois, to Hoffman Estates.

VIPAR Heavy Duty has signed a long-term office lease with  Bell Works Chicagoland, the former AT&T corporate campus and Chicagoland’s first “metroburb” –  a self-contained metropolis in suburbia.

VIPAR will bring its team of 35 employees from Crystal Lake, Illinois, to Hoffman Estates, with the metroburb serving as its new global headquarters for the VIPAR Heavy Duty Family of Companies.

The company will occupy 10,074 square feet across the ground-level floor of the building. The space will feature newly built-out glass interiors for a clean, modern aesthetic and an abundance of natural light.

“We’re building an exciting movement here at Bell Works and an influx of companies are enthusiastic to become a part of it,” said Ralph Zucker, president of Inspired by Somerset Development, the developer and visionary behind Bell Works Chicagoland. “VIPAR has a dedicated network of employees that will further elevate the compelling workplace environment of the metroburb. We are excited to welcome them to our thriving community.”

VIPAR has worked closely with Inspired by Somerset Development (Inspired), for the entirety of this project. Inspired was hands-on throughout the initial space introduction, lease discussions and build-out design process to ensure that the space was tailor-made for VIPAR and its employees. The space was designed to encourage a highly collaborative work environment through open floor plans, a welcoming reception area and a pantry space featuring high-top tables for both business and casual conversations. The space also will comprise leadership-team offices, semi-private workstations, a fully glass conference room seating 18 people, a smaller executive conference room and a huddle room for informal meetings.

“The entire VIPAR team is thrilled to make Bell Works our new headquarters,” said VIPAR President and CEO Chris Baer. “The environment and amenities of the metroburb make for a conducive workplace that will complement our already great culture. This new location perfectly positions our company within Chicagoland’s metropolitan core with accessibility to major transportation hubs to facilitate travel for visitors and help enhance recruiting efforts when adding to our team of dynamic professionals.”
