University of the Aftermarket Distributes Electronic Transcripts to Industry Execs

This new, biannual distribution is intended to help aftermarket participants determine their educational standing within the University of the Aftermarket and encourage them to pursue additional Continuing Education Units (CEU) during upcoming industry events.

MIDLAND, Mich. – The University of the Aftermarket this week began distributing electronic transcripts to all industry professionals who have completed at least one accredited course toward their Automotive Aftermarket Professional (AAP) or Master Automotive Aftermarket Professional (MAAP) certifications.

This new, biannual distribution is intended to help aftermarket participants determine their educational standing within the University of the Aftermarket and encourage them to pursue additional Continuing Education Units (CEU) during upcoming industry events.

“Automotive Aftermarket Industry Week in Las Vegas will offer 20 educational sessions and other programs that are accredited by the University of the Aftermarket. We hope industry professionals who have already earned University CEUs will take advantage of these opportunities to make progress toward their AAP and MAAP certifications,” said University of the Aftermarket Director Brian Cruickshank.

Industry participants who do not receive an electronic transcript via email by Nov. 1 should contact Susan Woodcock of the University of the Aftermarket, at [email protected], to update their contact information.

In addition to the pre-AAIW distribution, the University will email transcripts to its complete list of participants prior to the annual Global Automotive Aftermarket Symposium (GAAS). That distribution will take place in late April 2009.
