CLEVELAND, OH — Today, two manufacturer’s rep firms have announced that they will join forces.

Eastman-Kosutic & Associates (EKA) and Service Sales, both headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, have merged. The two firms said that they will retain their current names for the present time.

Bob Kosutic and Fred Eastman of EKA, along with Denny Hershey of Service Sales, made the announcement. Hershey noted: “It is so rare to find two rep firms that fit so well together.”

The two firms, which have a combined pool of 20 employees, 15 of whom are traveling associates, cover all aspects of the automotive aftermarket. Territories include Michigan, Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky.

“The most important issue we have to deal with is selling and servicing our customers on behalf of our manufacturers. That is where our concentration will be placed,” said Kosutic.
