TireHub, the national tire distributor cofounded by The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and Bridgestone Americas Inc., celebrated its fifth anniversary while looking forward to future growth. The company said it has added or relocated 12 TireHub Logistics Centers (TLCs) in the last 18 months, bringing the total network to 80 TLCs. The company has plans to add more in the coming months and is also slated to open its first regional distribution center later this year.
“Every new facility we open demonstrates our commitment and ability to serve dealers and retailers across the United States,” said TireHub CEO Ted Becker. “We are focused on providing more premium Goodyear and Bridgestone products to more markets and customers across the United States. TireHub’s growth trajectory remains strong despite industry and market challenges.”
The company said it is focused on providing dealers with premium products, service and differentiated solutions. TireHub has expanded its product portfolio to now include Cooper Tire, Toyo Tire and other brands and strengthened its delivery capabilities and technology, the company said.
TireHub said its employees, known as Hubbers, are “unwavering in pursuit of the company’s vision to transform the industry.” Across the country, over 1,600 Hubbers live out the company’s values of being approachable, adventurous, relentless and speedy as they prepare for TireHub’s next phase of growth.
“Our first five years have been momentous, and TireHub isn’t slowing down anytime soon,” Becker said. “We look forward to more growth in the months and years ahead.”
