Service King Collision Repair Centers’ chief information officer, Derek Kramer, appeared this week in a feature story by CIO Magazine, a leading publication targeted at information technology executives, companies and their partners. The magazine published the story last week, highlighting Service King’s ongoing transition to software-Service King - Derek Kramerdefined wide-area network (SD-WAN) with Silver Peak across its family of repair centers.

CIO Magazine attracts more than 2 million unique monthly visitors to its website, with a national print circulation of more than 140,000.
