RepairPal Partners with CustomerLink to Deliver Auto Service Customers through RepairPal’s AppointmentsPlus Customer Acquisition Solution

Hundreds of repair shops currently use RepairPal's AppointmentsPlus to bring in new customers and grow their businesses, according to the company.

EMERYVILLE, Calif. — RepairPal.com has announced a new partnership with auto repair CRM and marketing solution provider CustomerLink, though which CustomerLink will offer RepairPal’s AppointmentsPlus customer acquisition solution to its service and repair shop customers.

Launched in 2007, RepairPal promotes local repair shops to consumers who need service on their car.

Hundreds of repair shops currently use RepairPal’s AppointmentsPlus to bring in new customers and grow their businesses, according to the company.

“RepairPal provides car care confidence to consumers, and sends thousands of repair customers to high-quality repair shops across the country,” said David Sturtz, CEO of RepairPal. “We are excited to join forces with CustomerLink to promote their shops to new local customers.”

CustomerLink is a multi-channel auto service shop marketing solution provider, offering a range of solutions to attract and retain customers through all available channels – micro-targeted mail, email, phone, internet advertising, print media and RepairPal – all with the same goal of delivering big results with little or zero effort required of the shop owner.
