Autologue Unveils Two New e-Commerce Products

Autologue Computer Systems, Inc. is introducing two new e-Commerce products for the aftermarket – ePaperless Office and eDelivery Tracking System. The two new products were developed to increase customer relations (CRM) between customers/installers by using Internet technology to decrease operating expenses with document imaging. Based on ever-evolving industry needs, these products will help aftermarket companies increase productivity, and profits, according to Autologue. WHI’s Nexpart E-commerce Solution Now Offers Business Intelligence Option

WHI (formerly Wrenchead, Inc.) has announced a new partnership with Dimensional Insight to add business intelligence and data analysis options to WHI’s Nexpart E-Commerce Solution. Customers using Nexpart-based e-Commerce solutions from WHI will now have the option to "dive into their e-commerce data" to perform analysis, reporting and ad-hoc queries using the new Nexpart Diver module.

Following the successful Aftermarket eForum event that took place in Chicago earlier this month, aftermarket program group Parts Plus has announced that its distributors are experiencing strong growth thanks to e-commerce initiatives. More than 175 Parts Plus locations have become integrated supply points since Parts Plus made Wrenchead its ecommerce partner last year. The Parts Plus Ecommerce Portal reached several milestones in its first year of active use and is growing at a rapid rate, according to Parts Plus Executive Vice President Alan Bostwick.
