NPW has acquired the New Jersey Auto Parts location in Miami, a move that expands the company’s presence in the area. New Jersey Auto Parts, which has been in the Miami market since its inception in 1979, is located in Tamiami and has been part of New Jersey Auto Parts since 2008.
As part of NPW, the store will be rebranded as Johnny’s Auto Parts. NPW said the store will introduce the Johnny’s brand to South Miami.
NPW said the acquisition was finalized on December 21. Roger Tapanes, the former owner of New Jersey Auto Parts, spoke favorably about the acquisition by NPW. “I’ve had a tremendous relationship with NPW and the Pacey family for decades. The decision to sell the business to NPW made perfect sense. I am confident that my loyal employees will be well taken care of, and under NPW’s guidance, the business is poised to reach new heights,” Tapanes said.
Chris Pacey, CEO of NPW, conveyed his excitement regarding the new venture. “We are excited to announce the acquisition of the New Jersey Auto Parts Tamiami location and the introduction of Johnny’s to the South Miami community. This strategic move aligns with NPW’s vision to expand our footprint while maintaining the exceptional service and product quality our customers expect. The trusted relationship we’ve built with the previous owners has laid a solid foundation for this transition,” Pacey commented.
As part of the Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance, NPW will uphold the Auto Value brand alongside the Johnny’s Auto Parts branding, the company said.
