NPW, now operating from its new facility in Hialeah, Florida,, announced its first acquisition and expansion of 2023 in Florida with the addition of 20 former Auto Plus locations.
The deal closed on May 31.
The newly acquired branches expand NPW’s Florida market to a total of 28 locations. The new locations spread NPW’s territory north to Daytona on the east coast while planting flags on the west coast north to Clearwater.
Born from independent automotive jobber locations in the 1970s, the Auto Plus brand grew with its commitment to service and competitive prices driven by a team of professional, hard-working parts specialists. NPW retained all 173 of the team members.
“We are glad to complete this acquisition of these Auto Plus locations,” said Chris Pacey, president and CEO of NPW. “Our company has had a long relationship with Auto Plus. We love the fact that we can continue to grow in our home state. Auto Plus has developed a tenured workforce which we are glad to have on our team. We look forward to working with all the great people that Auto Plus has brought along and expand the business.”
NPW (National Auto Parts Warehouse), a shareholder of the Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance, will rebrand the 20 new locations as Auto Value.
