National Pronto Association Adds Two New Shareholders

Circle Distributing Inc. and Automotive Supply Center Ltd. joined Pronto, effective Jan. 1.

GRAPEVINE, Texas – National Pronto Association has announced the addition of Circle Distributing Inc. and Automotive Supply Center Ltd. to the Pronto membership effective Jan. 1.  
 
Circle Distributing was founded in 1983 by CEO and current president General Ralph Cloud. The company started out as a Motorcraft FAD and then added the ACDelco product line in 1988 and today services three states with distribution. The management team also includes Vice President Dennis Ison and Fixed Operations Manager Todd Cloud. Circle Distributing has locations in Indianapolis, Bloomington and Terre Haute, Ind.
 
Automotive Supply Center is a retail and wholesale parts and accessories distributor on the island of Hawaii. Automotive Supply started in 1955, but had to relocate further inland after the business was destroyed by a tidal wave in 1960.  Five years ago, Automotive Supply became a warehouse distributor stocking traditional domestic, foreign, heavy-duty truck parts, and paint products. Peter Okino is the president of Automotive Supply Center.
