Kyle O’Dell Named Engineering Manager Of Optronics International

Optronics has announced that Kyle O’Dell has joined the company’s new product development team at its Tulsa, Oklahoma, headquarters, serving as engineering manager.

Kyle O’Dell has been named engineering manager for Optronics International. In this position, he will collaborate with the new product development team and other departments to research product ideas and develop product definitions responsive to customer needs and market opportunities. O’Dell is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a degree in engineering technology and has more than 20 years of engineering and global product development experience. 

“With his industry-specific expertise in harnessing and electronic guidance and safety systems, Kyle will be a tremendous asset to our team and to our customers,” said Brett Johnson, president and CEO of Optronics.

In his past positions, O’Dell has led cross-functional teams in the design, development and production of both highly regulated and consumer-oriented products in close cooperation with internationally renowned manufacturing companies. “Kyle’s proven experience in bringing complex and purpose-built product designs to market in close cooperation with our sales team will be critical to our continuous development of the best product solutions for the markets we serve,” Johnson said.
