Kinedyne Names Eric Sorensen Regional HR Manager

Sorensen will be responsible for human resources activities in the U.S., Canada and Mexico.

Kinedyne LLC has hired Eric Sorensen as regional human resources manager. He will be based in Kinedyne’s Prattville, Alabama, manufacturing facility with responsibility for human resources  activities in the U.S., Canada and Mexico.

Sorensen has more than 20 years of human resources management experience including work in manufacturing, distribution and supply chain operations.

Prior to joining Kinedyne, Sorensen spent 16 years in human resource roles of increasing responsibility within and through the merger and acquisition activities of the medical device manufacturing and pharmaceutical distribution businesses of Cardinal Health. Previously, he served in HR with an automotive parts manufacturing company where he handled recruitment, onboarding and employee relations.

Sorensen earned a master of business administration degree from Ball State University in Indiana and a bachelor’s degree in organizational communication from Cedarville University in Ohio. He is certified in Lean manufacturing and is a Senior Certified Professional from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP).
