NORTH PLATTE, Neb. And FARGO, N.D. For years, Inland Truck Parts has served North Platte with an extensive parts inventory, professional on-site remanufacturing and component repair. Now, the company has expanded its commitment to the community by moving to a bigger, brand-new facility and offering full-service truck maintenance and repairs.
"We’ve grown from 12,000 to 26,000 square feet," said Mike Hanner, Inland general manager. "That allows us to provide our valued North Platte customers with full drive-in service through six new service bays."
Inland said it continues to welcome and work on all types of trucks and trailers, from light-duty to heavy-duty. Specialties include alignments, DOT inspections, repairs and the latest technology in diagnostics. The new, expanded service department is overseen by Service Manager Tim Hellbusch, while Ted Knox manages the component shop.
In addition, Inland Truck Parts has just expanded its North Dakota presence with the opening of a new Fargo facility. It joins 27 other Inland stores across the Midwest, all 100-percent employee-owned for responsive customer service.
"From parts counter personnel to technicians, we’re staffed with experienced pros who deliver best-in-class service," said Duane Parke, general manager. "And of course, we’re also fully equipped with state-of-the-art equipment."
In addition to in-house remanufacturing, driveline and component shops that provide quality control and quick turnaround, special emphasis was given to including a complete fluid power/hydraulics shop. Testing and repairs are available for hydraulic cylinders, pumps, valves, motors and more. The overall Fargo facility covers 60,000 square feet in two buildings, with a total of nine drive-in service bays.
"Assistant Manager Travis Wellen and I bring a combined 50 years of industry experience to the table," adds Parke. "Between the two of us, there’s not much we haven’t seen or dealt with. And we’re backed up by a great team in Fargo."
