Hawaii Performance Warehouse Selects Fuse5

Fuse5 continues to streamline the transfer of information between levels, according to Green Team Technologies. This is making it possible for independent businesses to remain (or become) competitive with the larger players in the automotive aftermarket, the company says.

NORTH LIBERTY, Iowa – Green Team Technologies, a U.S.-based provider of global business management solutions, has added Hawaii Performance Warehouse of Honolulu, Hawaii, as a client of its Fuse5 aftermarket solution.

Fuse5 is a complete business management system and enterprise resource planning tool. Fuse5 allows customers to vastly improve their inventory efficiency, forecasting, price-points, sales strategies and more – all adding to increased profitability.

“When I started my search for a new system, I did not see much of a difference from what I was already using. When I talked to John at Fuse5 however, I was immediately impressed with the willingness to not only show me what they had to offer, but also to help me overcome issues I was having with my server,” said Leigh Hamasaki, CEO of Hawaii Performance Warehouse. “The entire team at Fuse5 has been available whenever I call, and I feel like no matter what questions I have they are always available to help. That’s a lot different than how I used to wait days for a call back!”

For more than 40 years HPW has been one of Hawaii’s biggest performance parts and accessories wholesale warehouses, serving retail and wholesale customers with import and domestic, car and truck, classic and new parts and accessories. HPW has a huge selection of performance parts in stock at its warehouse and gets shipments in daily. The company specializes in sourcing hard-to-find parts for the islands and beyond.

“I continue to be impressed with the attitude at Fuse5," said Hamasaki. "They are not trying to fit a square peg into a round hole but instead to make their system work perfectly. In the past, I just accepted what was already done and just worked around the shortcomings.”

“Leigh is a great addition to the Fuse5 family,” said Gabe Davis, CEO of Green Team Technologies. “The passion she has for the performance and accessory segment is contagious. Challenges HPW experienced on their legacy system are exactly what Fuse5 was designed to overcome.

“HPW is the latest example of how Fuse5 being built from the ground up to combine all aspects of the automotive aftermarket from garage to warehouse distributors is connecting multiple levels of the industry,” he continued. “With Fuse5, you have it all right at your fingertips, regardless of the device you chose. We continue to strive to offer the best, most seamless business management platform possible for all our customers.”
