Fleet Brake to Acquire Assets of Page Brake Warehouse

Fleet Brake plans to reopen the Page Brake locations as branches of Fleet Brake USA LLC.

LAS VEGAS – Fleet Brake has entered into a binding letter of intent (LOI) to acquire the assets of Page Brake Warehouse and its related entities.  
 
Page Brake is a distributor of heavy-duty truck parts, serving the commercial vehicle aftermarket in the Rocky Mountain region since 1946. Fleet Brake Parts & Service, founded in 1978, is one of Canada’s premier fleet specialists, with 14 locations across Canada.
 
Fleet Brake plans to reopen the Page Brake locations as branches of Fleet Brake USA LLC.
 
Lee Greer, a former principal of Greer’s Truck Parts (acquired by Page in 2005) and a former branch manager, regional manager and operations manager of Page Brake has partnered with Fleet Brake to lead the company’s U.S. operations.  
 
“We look forward to expanding our network to service the Rocky Mountain region. We intend to maintain and build on Page Brake’s history and reputation of service and dependability,” said Fleet Brake President John Bzeta.
 
The LOI is expected to be superseded by a formal definitive agreement with closure anticipated prior to Jan. 31. This LOI is  subject to approval of the State of Utah’s courts.
