Eliminating Confusion with eReturns

Franco delves into eReturns, the solution he and his team have created to eliminate inconvenience in auto parts returns.

Does the return process for auto parts send you into a cloud of confusion? Shop owners wonder when they’ll see a credit on their account, and distributors wonder whether the return was a core or a product defect. It’s been an inconvenience for a long time, says Jim Franco, president and CEO of Autologue Computer Systems who started in the industry owning parts distribution stores.

But now, Franco and his Autologue team have created a solution meant to eliminate the inconvenience, backlog and confusion around auto parts returns. The company recently launched its eReturns software, which allows a part to be tracked throughout the return process so that all parties involved know the status of that transaction.

In this episode of Connections with Jim Franco, presented by Autologue, Franco delves into the features of eReturns and how parts distributors can benefit from the software today.
