Torgerson Appointed VP of Sales at TamerX Diesel Products

Daryl Torgerson, former director of aftermarket sales for BBB Industries, has joined the TamerX team.

Daryl Torgerson has joined TamerX, a supplier/manufacturer of diesel fuel and emission products, as its vice president of sales. With over 40 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket industry across various organizations, Torgerson brings sales management, marketing and new program development experience to the TamerX team. Prior to TamerX, Torgerson served as the director of aftermarket sales for BBB Industries.

“TamerX has had explosive growth over the last several years with our e-commerce platform,” George Stuckey, founder and CEO said. “Daryl is a professional and accomplished leader who I have known for many years. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge and extensive experience in the aftermarket that will help TamerX scale to the next levels. Our goals are to expand our base and bring TamerX products to the wholesale distribution network across the North American aftermarket. We welcome Daryl to the team and look forward to an exciting future together.”

“I am very grateful for this opportunity and excited to be a part of a fast-growing company like TamerX,” said Torgerson. “The growth from this company in such a short time is just phenomenal. George has built a solid company with great people, products and service. All the right tools are here for success.”

Togerson said the diesel engine market is expected to grow over the next five years with an estimated market value of around $64 billion in 2023 and an estimated growth rate of over 4% for the next five years. He added, “We want to share in that growth at all levels.”
