BBB Industries Acquires Wilson Auto Electric

Automotive parts remanufacturer BBB Industries has completed its acquisition of Wilson Auto Electric, Inc., based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition will expand BBB’s presence in the heavy duty market and will mark its first entry into the Canadian market.

MOBILE, AL – Automotive parts remanufacturer BBB Industries has completed its acquisition of Wilson Auto Electric, Inc., based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition will expand BBB’s presence in the heavy duty market and will mark its first entry into the Canadian market.

Also commenting on the announcement, Fedoruk stated, "BBB Industries is an industry leader and we are excited about the future of Wilson under BBB’s direction."
