Building on a Legacy

You may have noticed something different this month – a new editor for AftermarketNews.

You may have noticed something different this month – the new face. I’d like to introduce myself as the new editor of AftermarketNews. After serving as the Editor of our sister brand, Tire Review, for the last two years and in the tire industry for the last five years, I’m excited to take on this new assignment with this esteemed brand.

Since joining the team at Babcox Media, I have developed a passion for the automotive aftermarket and look forward to the opportunity to sink my teeth further in the parts side of the business. From the day I joined Babcox Media, AMN was always a brand that piqued my interest. Over the years, I’ve enjoyed the ping of the AMN newsletter in my inbox and reading the brand’s up-to-date news content and in-depth stories and analysis of the aftermarket. With that said, I can promise you this:

AftermarketNews will remain your trusted source for quality and relevant content to fuel your business’s success, understand industry trends and increase your business’s profitability. This mission is at the core of AMN, and we’re going to accelerate our efforts to keep you engaged, enthusiastic and energized about the innovation taking place in our ever-changing industry. We know you are passionate about what you do, and so are we.

A trusted source for the automotive aftermarket’s most important decision-makers, AMN will continually refine its editorial package to deliver the latest on the people and emerging trends affecting our industry across its print, digital and video platforms.

I am excited to immerse myself in the business of selling parts and work with the AMN team in providing more premium content to you – our valued and loyal readership.

Feel free to reach out to me via email at [email protected] or call me at 330-670-1234 ext. 294 to share industry insights or offer suggestions on how AMN can serve you even better.

Twenty years. That’s more than 5,000 business days, roughly 15 AAPEX shows (for me, at least), more than 400 executive interviews and who knows how many article posts.

That’s what my time here at Babcox Media, as Editor of aftermarketNews, looks like in black and white numbers. But that’s not the real measure of what I’ve accumulated over 20 years’ time.
